La Diputación destinará 240.000 euros para que más de una veintena de ayuntamientos ordenen sus archivos históricos

La Diputación de Cuenca destinará 240.000 euros para que más de una veintena de ayuntamientos ordenen sus archivos históricos, donde se destinarán 60.000 euros cada anualidad para que los consistorios puedan contratar un técnico que se dedique a inventariar y clasificar los documentos. Los criterios que se han tenido en cuenta para evaluar los municipios han sido el volumen de documentación anterior al siglo XX, el crecimiento anual, la datación del documento más antiguo, el estado de conservación o la peculiaridad de los documentos; entre otros.

El diputado de Cultura y Patrimonio, Miguel Ángel Valero, está muy entusiasmado con esta convocatoria porque permitirá “sacar a la luz partes de nuestra historia que hasta hoy han estado ocultas”, además, esta línea de ayudas está diseñada para llegar a rincones de la provincia donde no se ha trabajado en su archivo por lo que, sin lugar a dudas, encontraremos documentos “singulares y únicos”.

El responsable de esta área ha declarado que el conocimiento de la historia de los municipios sirve para vertebrar la provincia, ya que “no somos compartimentos estancos” y hay relación entre los pueblos vecinos. Además, Valero también ha señalado que en los archivos locales también se recogen litigios que sirven para conocer los modos de vida y la cultura etnográfica de las distintas comarcas.

Este miércoles se ha publicado en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia la resolución provisional donde se recoge que los ayuntamientos que han sido admitidos han sido: Las Pedroñeras, Motilla del Palancar, Buciegas, Villaconejos de Trabaque, Albendea, Alcázar del Rey, Almendros, Altarejos, Boniches, Campillos Paravientos, Cañaveras, Moya, Olmeda de la Cuesta, Paredes, La Pesquera, El Picazo, Poyatos, Puebla del Salvador, Reíllo, San Martín de Boniches, Talayuelas, Tresjuncos, Valdeolivas, Valhermoso de la Fuente, Villamayor de Santiago, Villar de Cañas y Villarejo de Periesteba.

Los consistorios que han sido desestimados tienen diez días hábiles para presentar alegaciones de forma telemática a través de la sede electrónica de la Diputación de Cuenca.
