Es absolutamente lamentable lo que está ocurriendo en Ceuta. Después de los gravísimos acontecimientos acaecidos por la invasión de emigrantes, todavía no disponemos de datos reales. Algunos hablan de al menos 100 muertos. Hay más de 5000 emigrantes deambulando por las calles. De estos, unos 1500 son niños, sin cobijo ni alimentos y en unas condiciones higiénicas deplorables. Además, de esto han pasado la friolera de 21 días. Estos problemas son agravados por el colapso de la sanidad, las violaciones, las peleas, enfermedades y un largo etcétera. Esto ocurre como consecuencia del hacinamiento y la falta de higiene. Los emigrantes han intentado el pasado día 16 una nueva invasión del territorio. Además, amenazan con realizarla muchas veces más. ¿Qué esperaba el gobierno, que se marcharan “motu proprio”?

En los últimos días han corrido ríos de tinta y cientos de horas en los medios audiovisuales. Por allí han desfilado hasta 8 ministros del gobierno. Supongo que han ido para hacerse la foto y tratar de construir el “relato”. Sin embargo, no se toman las medidas necesarias para resolver esta crisis. Ceuta parece una pasarela por donde desfilan los ministros para que parezca que hacen algo. El relato político, que en algunos casos roza el sarcasmo, se anula automáticamente ante los hechos tan notorios y apabullantes. No obstante, en este desgraciado desfile han faltado el rey y el presidente, que deberían ser los que lideraran la situación. Pues la sensación que percibimos es que no existe un mando único que organice y ponga en marcha medidas drásticas y rápidas. Ya habrá tiempo de hacer política.

Los ceutíes forman parte de España desde el reinado de Felipe II, mientras que Marruecos consiguió su independencia en 1956. Han pasado 5 siglos, por lo que los habitantes de Ceuta se sienten españoles totalmente. Desde su independencia, Marruecos no ha parado de provocar y chantajear constantemente. Por su parte, el Estado español no ha hecho más que ceder en todas sus peticiones. ¿Tanto miedo tenemos al reino del sátrapa Mohamed VI? Sus ambiciones territoriales del “Gran Marruecos”, que incluiría Ceuta, Melilla, Sahara Occidental y parte de Mauritania, deben ser cortadas de raíz. Por supuesto, esto debe hacerse con la diplomacia y las leyes internacionales.
